CAD |
All of our
design capabilities are supported by full CAD facilities. No
aspect of our designs need touch paper at any stage. Both
mechanical design and electronic design, including PCBs, can
be carried out in-house and transferred to our suppliers by
internet, e-mail or modem. This ensures Minimum delay,
maximum efficiency and ensures absolute correctness.

Mechanical Drafting
|
Mechanical drafting
is carried out using AutoCAD LT with full AutoCAD
compatibility. The use of this industry standard package
provides for compatibility when electronically transferring
design data to manufacturers or when accepting drawings from
customers. For all supported file formats please refer to our
file formats page.

PCB Design |
PCB design is
carried out using the latest design and post- processing
tools. We generally produce
analogue, RF and basic logic designs to 8 layers, though this
can be extended if required. Direct links to PCB and stencil
manufacturers mean we can have working boards within 48
hours if required.
