File Formats

Shown below is a list of file formats which we are able to accommodate. Preferred file formats are shown in bold.

This is important if you need to send us files at any time whether it be documents, drawings, CAD data or what have you. Please check that your file type is on this list before you send it.

Files may be sent to us as e-mail attachments or by uploading them to our ftp server. If you upload files, then you still need to e-mail us to advise us of the names of the files you have uploaded and their purpose.

Please note that persons uploading files are responsible for ensuring their integrity. Anyone uploading files containing viruses, trojans or other malicious code may have e-mail and ftp access blocked in the future.

If at any time you need to send us executable files or scripts, for example when we need to debug an application, then always send these wrapped in an archive file and not as a raw executable which will be blocked or deleted for security reasons.
