General Description

This data sheet outlines our capabilities in the field of RF Distribution Units. Building on the success of our IFD-1001 range of standard, cost-effective IF Distribution Units for signals up to 200MHz, we are able to offer full custom solutions for individually tailored units from HF up to microwave frequencies.   Our units find applications in a wide range of environments including engineering laboratories, production test, satellite earth stations, mobile communications sites, radar systems, secure communications and EW/surveillance systems. Applications typically include the coupling of multiple receivers to a single antenna input or the distribution of a single receiver IF to various signal processing, analysing and recording equipment.   These custom solutions can be specified, configured and built to your exact requirements including the incorporation of custom or customer-specified filtering.   For further details on specification, special options and packaging, please see overleaf. Part Number Allocation

RFD-1007/###   RFD : Product ID (Intermediate Frequency Distribution Unit) 1007 : Product number. ### : Variant designation       Typical part Number : ‘RFD-1007/001’   The RFD-1001 product number describes a custom item which is assembled for specific applications, therefore a variant part number system is utilised instead of the configuration code system used for some of our standard products.
